Where do the lessons take place?
Lessons are online, usually on Google Meet. Depending on your location, Zoom can be an option too.
How and when do I pay?
You book online and pay right when you book a lesson. You can pay by credit- or debit card (no PayPal account needed) or with your PayPal account. If neither works for you, other options such as WISE transfer are possible on request. Just use the Contact link at the bottom of this page, or write to hello@jullieenglish.com
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes. You can move a lesson to a new time at least 12 hours before it starts, subject to availability. Just choose your new time. If it's less than 12 hours before the lesson, it counts as a lesson taken, and the payment is not refunded.
Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes. If you cancel at least 12 hours before the lesson starts, without booking a new time, the paid amount goes back to your account balance. You can use it for your next booking. If you don't book again, you can request a refund by emailing hello@jullieenglish.com, or use the Contact link at the bottom of this page. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson, it counts as a lesson taken, and the payment is not refunded.
When are lessons available?
Lessons are available Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, Singapore time (UTC +8). The latest class starts at 10:00 pm.
What happens in the free trial?
The free trial is a relaxed 25-minute conversation with Jullie. There's nothing to prepare, and there are no written or oral tests. She'll get to know you and find out your level and goals.
Who do you teach?
Jullie teaches kids, teenagers and adults, from beginner to advanced. Lessons cover general English, conversation, grammar and IELTS preparation.
